After working as a Kindergarten Sunday School teacher for ten years and spending my weekdays as a marketing consultant, I knew it was time to make a career change into Early Childhood Education. While we have raised 3 daughters of our own, the excitement and great fulfillment of working with young children was just awesome.  I took early childhood development classes at Oakton Community College and fell further in love with the field.  I was lucky enough to do an In-Service at RNS for one of my classes. I so greatly respected the philosophy of the “Little Blue School”; the kind, intelligent, and passionate teachers and the wonderful families and children I met.  Luckily for me, after working at Deerfield Community Nursery School for one year, there was an opening at RNS.  Eight years later, I could not be happier with the career change I made and this wonderful school that I am proud to call my second home!  Working with two-year-old children is so rewarding, as we are the first school experience. The social, emotional, and intellectual growth that we see throughout the year is exponential!
